Overhead cabinet removal - 2009 Intl 27 CCD

What is involved in removing and reinstalling the 3 overhead cabinets (dining, kitchen, bedroom)? I have the time but very little experience with DIY work like this. Factory said only attached by screws on top and bottom back. I want to take them down to have someone treat the surface and add wood veneer, but their labor cost to remove and reinstall is more than its worth. Might be able to swing it if I do this phase.
