Buy a "good" smart charger if your going to invest in battery maintenance.
A three stage converter is recommended for your AS, the same goes for your "battery recovery room".

Just a note to let you all know my problem was the converter. I replace the entire converter (no choice), and distribution panel and all working great. Thank you again. Tom
