Removing the Univolt

Can anyone instruct me how to removed the Univolt box from a 1972 Overlander. It is mounted on a piece of plywood that seems to pivot a couple inches left or right but I can't find out how to get it to come forward. I would rather find out the correct way to do this instead of just ripping things apart.

If I remember correctly you want to remove the Univolt from the plywood first; there's fastener(s) underneath holding the plywood down. If you want to verify this, scribe the arc the plywood forms; the center of the arc's circle is where the fastener is....
