Do you have two shore power receptacles?

Yes...try using the 'other' one...could be the transfer switch failed.

How did you test the receptacle?

What we know.
You tried the water heater (I assume on a/c)
power went away.
Sounds like a tripped breaker someplace.
Have you checked the breakers on your converter?
Reset the main breaker on the source?

Check the breaker in the house, then all breakers in the Airstream. The blue light lasted 3 years in your 30 amp cord? Mine died in 2 weeks. Test your 15 amp cord with one light in another outlet. Ditto for your 30 with one lightbulb on the extwnsion cord.

If you were using a 15 to 30 amp adaptor look for charring and discard and replace. Also check your extension cord. If it is heavy duty is can be fine, because the house breaker SHOULD have blown when the water heater caused an overload on the circuit you plugged into. Occasionally some well meaning but unschooled person tries to ise a heavier breaker than the wire in the walls is rated for. With good luck the extension cord functions like a fuse and burns out, usually at the ends. With exquisitely.good luck, the wiring in the wall burns... and goes out before a fire starts. Bad luck and the house burns.

Thanks everyone
After some testing it turns out the extension cord somehow failed
It had somehow been slight cut and that turned out to be the culprit
