Accessing bedroom USB ports on Flying Cloud

I just received a couple of new USB ports for the bedroom of our Flying Cloud (2017 27FB). My wife does not like the blue light the current USBs produce in the night while we are trying to sleep, so I'm replacing them with Blue Sea 1045s which do not have a light.

My trailer is over in storage so I'd like to know if anyone knows how to access these USB ports over the bed?

Thanks!

A small piece of black electrical tape over the light is an easier solution.

Won't work. The light is not a single light. The entire face of the USB is opaque with a light source behind it. One would have to cover the entire USB port with something to prevent light from escaping.

Okay, tackled this project today. I removed the bedroom speakers which just requires that the black screens be removed along with 4 screws. Once the speakers were out, I was able to access the back of the USB ports by putting my hand up the speaker holes. I simply rewired the USBs being careful to get positive and negative wires correct. Only took about 5 minutes per side. These USB ports have no lights and are a better quality (Blue Sea).
