Welcome aboard. You will want to check out the vintage area.

start with the mechanical stuff

We have family heirloom also. 1978 Argosy 6.7m Minuet. Start with the axles and work your way up. You will want to take a look at the floor and see if you got lucky and have a floor that is in good repair. They all take lots of time and money to refurb, but they become one of the family! Ours is now passed on to the third generation and we hope our daughter will care for it with love.
Good luck with your project.
Make sure you take a look and join the section on vintage and Argosy trailers in these threads.
