Welcome from Colorado: I've used the Air Forums inspection checklist. It is basically a systematic inspection of all the systems in the trailer. "It all worked the last time we used it" is maybe an honest statement. But you are better served to "trust and verify". So be prepared to open, shut, lock every door, switch on every light, turn on every appliance, open every vent, operate all the systems from waste water tank level indicators to the carbon monoxide detector. What is the tread depth, air pressure and any sidewall cracks of those "good tires". Open the awnings (if), hitch the trailer up to your tow vehicle and verify the lights and brakes all work. The checklist has many other things you need to inspect.
When you are done, you will have a good idea of what you are buying.
I hope you like it. If you don't, there are many more to choose from.
David
