New Member from the Netherlands

Beeing a new comer to this forum I want to introduce us as well. We are both above 60 and switched from an expedition trailer, (Knaus Wildcat)which was very basic to an Airstream. We just bought a 532, and are very happy with it. Of course after camping a weekend a lot of questions raised. So I am searching this forum now for answers. A lot of reading has to be done and not beeing a native English speaker, technical terms are always an issue to understand. So please forgive my writing faulds.
We found a whole underneath the trailer covered with a plastic lid near the cold water drain and now wondering what is it??? Hope to find the answer here. Or why does the Whale pump make so much noise. So lots of work to be done, but afterwards we will go traveling in Europe during holidays. We are now looking forward to it.

Welcome to the Airforums, and the adventure of owning an Airstream. I know there is at least one other member here from the Netherlands who post frequently, and there are several from other parts of Europe. I am sure there is someone here familiar with your model who will have answers for you soon.

Hi FredIen,

Welcome to the forum.

Would recommend you log onto (and maybe join) www.ukairstreamers.org where you will find other 532 owners and they possible could help you.

There are also quite a few Dutch Airstreamers on the UK forum, whom I'm sure would assist you with technical terms, etc.
