I've been lurking around the forums since January when I first discovered the world of vintage aluminum. I've been searching the classifieds, Craigslist and eBay daily and driving the muddy back roads of Vermont each weekend looking for my first trailer.
She appeared on Craigslist a little over a month ago, but someone beat me to her. I received and email Friday evening saying the sale fell through and it was available again. Two quick phone calls and a 1.5 hour drive the next morning a 1974 Argosy became mine.
Stay tuned for more photos, updates and questions.
I too love the layout, besides the missing gas tanks is she ready to camp?
Cliff
Depending on your willingness to forego the creature comforts of home, she could be considered ready to camp. I haven't tested the LP system or the plumbing, so I'm not sure if the are functional. It won't take me much to be comfortable in her.
