They did! It was a 30 ft Safari Bunk House and they only made 78 from 2004 to 2006! One of those floor plans could sleep 8! We have one but it only sleeps 6.

That would have been nice. I've asked my husband if we could put two bunks above the two twin beds. He said maybe.

Our trailer's name is Esmerelda. We often refer to her as Ezzie, for short. Like your name for your trailer, Love Shack.

Have a blast. Hope to see you on the road.
Thank you, well be looking. Have a great summer.

You can add those. I had an early 70's Excella that had a set of bunk beds. They came in sets of 2, a kit from Airstream. They attached to the end walls and were supported from the structural ribs in the ceiling just above each of the twin beds. They were made of canvas, like a hammock. Probably not to comfortable for adults, but ok for kids. You may still be able to get these from Airstream.

Thank you for the tip! It may come in handy! Right now we have so many ideas going through our heads. It's an obsession for me. I have an addiction! Lol

Be careful with those addictions to aluminum, that has gotten a lot of people on here in trouble

Naming Trailers

I was wondering about this last night....as we always name ships and yachts and risk the wrath of Neptune if we neglect to "Christen" them with a bottle of champagne.
Is there a "Name Register" of sorts?
I was thinking "Toaster" but well, that seems a bit flippant and dis-respectfull.
Hope to pick up my 05 25 Safari on April Fools day. Can't wait.

If you search through the forums, you'll see various threads on names (ours is Minerva, for instance). In your profile, you can add yours to the Airstream Registry (http://www.airforums.com/forums/myairstream).

Could you please send me info on the Disney rally. I've been trying to search it and can find very little info. Today we meet with our local unit and they new nothing of it.

Your local TAC unit.....(perhaps you are confusing us with the WBCCI, as we don't have units within TAC)? The rally info page is located here: TAC FW @ WDW - The Airstreamer's Club

TAC (i.e. The Airstreamer's Club) is a group that is not the WBCCI, but rather an independent club (although we have plenty of members who are members of both clubs). You can find out more information on our club by visiting our website (The Airstreamer's Club...and if you're interested in joining, you can click the Join Now button on the homepage and become a member (it's free to join). After you've received your number, you can then access the private member forums here on Airforums with your fellow TAC'ers by clicking http://www.airforums.com/forums/prof...editusergroups, locating The Airstreamer's Club and selecting Join Group.

BTW, great looking trailer....looks a lot like ours when we first got it (original and vintage early 70's aluminum and plastic wonderfulness)!
