i was looking for somthing under 10 grand thats at least trailerble not falling apart, and doesnt need a ton of work, the last trailer i looked at the a/s owner didnt want me to move the trailer, and refused for the 1975 a/s 31,to be taken to the as dealer in sac.hes said its a waste of money to take the trailer there and i hadnt made a offer on the trailer for sale.kinda hard to bid on a trailer you dont know anything about,if the a/s trailer was so good why is he selling it.i know a/s owners arent like this,so im not taking it personal, that that guys a @#$%^&*( .a/s owners are great people to talk to and be around i dont have credit i dont want to make payments, driving to oregon somtime to purchase a trailer might be an option.if i find one thats in decent shape for now .and over the next couple years add stuff too the trailer .i was looking for somthing to live in for a while if need be and for camping, hunting.thanks for all the advice
a/s are nice and the newer ones are even nicer and the price justifys that but out of my price range.cadilac taste vw price budget

Dont give up Spooky. Your Airstream IS out there. Sometimes it needs to find you.
I saw one yesterday, It was really nice on the outside. I did not see the inside but if it's as well cared for as the outside, it ought to be nice. it's 10k obo. In fact, I took pics .

Spooky:
Look in the Forums Classified ads. One of our members, Silver Surfer, has his '71 31' Sovereign for sale for half of what you are thinking about spending. He is in Santa Barbara.

Spooky, Keep looking for an Airstream. We searched for two years before we found ours. Anyone can own another brand. Airstream units are special and you will meet special people. Keep looking for an Airstream. One is out there for you.
