Hello Airstreamers, I am new, with my dream 250classic

Hi Airstreamers
I am new here in this Forum. and new owner of a 250classic Motorhome from 1992. With 6,5L Diesel.
I am from Germany. So sorry for my english. For sure some error.
I am the third owner of this 250. It came new to Germany with 6,2L Diesel.
Long Long time I was searching for a 250, because one time I see one at a Meeting at the campside. I see, and I "MUST HAVE".!
In future I will give more Information and I hope I get new nice contact here.
In Germany is not easy to get spareparts, so I need help from Airstreamers in US.
best regards

Thanks..
Yes, it is a very nice Classic. I am very happy to buy this one. Maybe the best 250 in Europa. There are 5 I think. 3 coming new to Germany 91,92,93.
The owner I get it from made a fantastic job. All is in perfect condition. I cant wait for the summertime. Only the price in Germany....
here some other pics

Looks nice, but plenty of other nice 250s in Europe. In fact, it probably won't be long before we have more than the US. In terms of parts, at least for the chassis, keep it straightforward - Amazon.com has plenty of bits you need. If not, just ship from the suppliers in the US, by far the fastest, cheapest and easiest. Let me know if you need any parts and I can probably point you in the right direction. We've had our 250 for nine years, so have replaced lots of parts!

Just be careful to cross check any parts you buy with some other sites in the States or Airstream Forums or other owners! P30 Step Van. Read your engine code. Get to know your van.

Congratulations and welcome! You'll want to be a frequent reader of the forums as they are a great source of information - some fact, some opinion.

There have to be a million great places throughout Europe to take your new AS! Have fun and be SAFE!

Welcome to the group! Your English is fine, and, better than many native born Americans! Enjoy the Airstream life.
