desert home

Just joined this morning. We have a '68 Sovereign that we keep as a second home in the little desert town of Marathon near Big Bend. I'm having problems with leaking windows as it does occasionally rain in the desert. Can anyone steer me toward helpful hints to remedy this situation? Thanks mucho

Use the search function at the top of this page. Be sure to look for leaks in 66 to 68 Corning type windows. Andy at Inland Supply....contributer here, has info for the use of silicone (bad word here) on the hinge of those windows. Vintage trailer Supply and Inland have rubber seals if required.

Okay this may sound like the pass off but for 60's model call andy at inlandrv or go on line to vintage trailer supply and order some new seals. recommended Andy because he can tell you how to remove and install the new seals. enjoy! and also welcome
