Newbie in Minnesota - '62 Tradewind

Hello everyone! My name is Leah and yesterday I became the proud owner of a 1962 Airstream Trade Wind. She is in very good condition and was last used in 2007. I know I will have lots of questions and this is the place to be. I just wanted to say HI and that I will be looking at past posts and asking lots of questions.

Hello Leah-
Welcome to the Forums and to your new adventures as an Airstreamer!

I would like to invite you to visit the Minnesota Airstream Park near Clear Lake--off Hwy10. The Park is not far from you! This is an all Airstream Park with camping available by the night, week or even all season. We would love to meet you & see your new TradeWind. Check out our website at
Minnesota Airstream Park
Also, you an PM.

Welcome to the forum. You will find this place very helpful. I have owned my Tradewind for a year and I currently have 32 treads book marked for reference. I make Airfourms a part of my morning coffee routine. The people who make up this forum are a great resource.

Welcome and you are in the land of the vikings and the big chill! There is nothing better than a 60's Airstream. Have my floor cut and putting the thompsons on it then I will finally start the reassemble phase. Have some fun with that beastie before you ice chalk those tires!
