I am brand new to the forum and to the airstream world. We are currently considering a '75
Sovereign but have yet to take the plunge. I don't know anyone else who owns an AS either, so this is all a little overwhelming!
Are there many other members in Canada?
We want to do a low-key conversion to have a minimal commercial kitchen on board, as we own a restaurant and want to be able to do mobile events. We don't need all the heavy-weight commercial equipment since we already have a licensed kitchen here and just want to use it for basic food storage, reheating, and plating. i know I should probably post about this on a different thread, but I wanted to give a bit of an idea as to what our interests are within the community. We also want to use it for camping out in, of course, too! How could one resist?!
