I've had this trlr. for about 10 years and am about to begin restoration work. Any suggestions or ideas to ease the process ?

Congradulations on diving into a great project that is completely addicting.
Some pictures would be great to see.

Hi Mark, welcome to the forums! Check out the search feature at the top of the screen - it's sure to hold a lot of information you'll need as you begin your project. Good luck!

Pay someone to do it.

Barring that, the search functions on the forums are an excellent place to learn about all the different things you'll run into. I knew nothing about Airstreams two months ago when I started my project, and now I would qualify myself as a journeyman, heading toward apprentice.

Also listen to the Vintage Airstream Project, www.thevap.com, they have lots of good stuff on there.

Good luck and have fun. The journey is the rewarding part. I hope.

I have had my 69Sovereign 30 for about three days and am starting the restore project. Lets keep in touch to compare and share notes, sources, and progress.
