We recently bought our AS in April this year. The outer skin is in good shape. The inside has water leaks everywhere. The overhead center vent is gone and needs replaced. It has leaked and rotted the floor in the kitchen. The bathroom floor is sagging because the floor is rotten, also as is the holding tank is loose and hanging. My husband is handy when it comes to fixing things. We are both retired from Indiana. Moved to this beautiful state of Alabama, here in Scottsboro. Not sure if we will be pulling this on the road. Want to fix this for friends and relatives. The refigerator is history as is the oven. Will replace the pull out bed in middle with 2 twin beds. Put tile down on sturdy floors. Keep the 3 burner gas stove ,install microwave, and 9 cubic ft. refrigerator(electric). Also new toilet and 10 gallon 110 electric water heater. Cover the gaucho couch in living room. Sounds like a plan to us?
