1965 Overlander Hot Water Heater

I am thinking about replacing the original water heater due to age and a minor leak near the thermo-coupler. I want to keep the original door/cover, anybody know what brand/model that will fit the best???
Thanks in advance...
Also, any cons to using reinforced braided PVC tube that is FDA approved for water?

Bowen was bought by Atwood, and most of their stuff will play nice together. Your Overlander should have some kind of Bowen in it, probably a 10 gallon.

Thanks...

Thanks for the information. I also heard that the Suburban models will fit nicely...

Suburbans have a square door while most of the newer Atwoods use a slightly rectangular one.

What are the current dimensions of the Bowen's door?
