Getting ready to pass this beauty on to the next lucky owner. 1989 Excella 1000 32". I am the second owner since 2000 or so. Last trip was in 2010. Been winterized in PA since then. Fridge has been replaced. I'm assuming the hot water heater and furnace will at least need some massaging before full service, and that the tires and batteries will need to be replaced. I'm trying to come up with a reasonable asking price. Comments? Let me have it.
Ok the word "Beauty" was supposed to be in quotation marks. I think the photos do show the condition pretty well which I'll call average for a trailer that's been sitting. I will ad that the floor and original carpet are in good shape. There was a leak in the rear at one time but it's been repaired. All the wood cabinetry is looking pretty good, I've tried to keep it nice with oil soap. And I do have all the curtains, washed and folded for later installation.
