Has anyone bought an Airstream from JD Sanders RV in Alachua, FLA?

We don't have personal experience, but maybe 4-5 years ago someone who lived near us bought their (new) Airstream from them, and he was very pleased - for whatever that is worth. Other than that, no knowledge.

I bought my 2008 Safari SE from them last November. Wayne Borecki the sales manager sold it to me. Outstanding experience all the way. I don't have specific knowledge of their service department because I haven't had the need to visit. I can say though the EVERYTHING worked on my trailer on the walk through so I know they gave it the once over. It was also well taken care of by the prior owner so I can't say if they actually had to do much to it. I was a newby and they spent 4 hours with me on the walk through and getting the Equalizer hitch set up on my TV (came with the trailer). I have visited the parts department a few times since and the advise was right on. Dealer prices for things but what can you do about that. It's a small operation and I assume the same people are there. I'd say go for it.

I bought mine there even though another dealer pretty much sat right in my back yard. If I get another one someday, it will be from them. They are great folks there who care about their customers.

I didn't buy my A/S from them and wish I had. They were as competitive on price as anyone I could find but I had already made a commitment so I honored my word. I have had my 2011 A/S there for service twice and will be taking it back in two weeks for additional service. They have been very good to work with and the quality of what they have done (with one exception) has been great. I have been to another A/S dealer in Florida and I would never go back there as long as I can take it to JD Sanders.

We bought Lucy new from JD Sanders in Alachua in June of 2006. It was a good experience, and they had the best price available at the time. We also have limited experience with their service department. They are quite competent.

Shouldn't have taken our AS back for service. My wife saw a classic she liked so We traded for a 30'. Very pleased with their integrity.

I have been going to JD Sanders for the last 3years updating my 1978 Airstream Argosy. The service department is top notch. Very competent and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
