We've been towing a 7500lbs 34' Airstream with a vehicle rated for 3500lbs, a Honda Odyssey, for the last three years.

The only reason we'll be replacing it with a new vehicle, also with a lower tow rating, next year is that it's a 2008 model and I don't keep vehicles longer than seven years.

Our rig has seen us through driving rain, busy highways, up and down steep grades, through muddy forest roads, emergency stops with not a single issue to report.

The frequently referenced liability and insurance scares mentioned on this forum evaporate if you take the time to actually talk to a lawyer and an insurance broker, rather than just re-broadcasting FUD (fear, uncertainty and doubt).

That is great to hear. Did you get your hitch installed by Can-Am as well?
