Landyacht 26 Gen exhaust

I was wanting to move my Gen exhaust from the current location which is the rear of the motor home. I was thinking of moving it mid way down the driver side area of the motor home. Has anyone done this?

I have not tried this product, but it may be helpful for your application without relocating the exhaust. It's the Gen-turi Generator Exhaust System. Attached is the link from camping world. Let me know what you work out.

I have the Gen-turi and it works great. It puts the exhaust above the roof line (Parked only). I was surprised that the tube from the exhaust is open to the larger plastic vertical tube. I guess that's the "venturi" principle. No exhaust seems to leak out and it's sucked up the tube. There's a fitting you attach to your exhaust pipe and then the Gen-Turi just clips on. It doesn't do anything for noise, but gets the fumes away from the ground.

Have Gen Turi

I have a Gen Turi for tailgaiting. I just do not like the fact that when I am running the Generator that if the wind is coming from the rear of the rv it blows the fumes in the sitting area. Also when it is running and you have to access the rear of the rv, you can burn yourself on the pipe. Also you can not access the rear compartment with the Gen Turi installed. This is only on the 26ft model. I this other models the gen set is located in a different area.
