Backup Camera-Front Fans-Not Working

I'm the new owner of a 2004 LY 30 w/slide. We are very happy with our purchase.

For some reason, I cannot get the front fans and backup camera to work. Also my fantastic fan in the front area is also not working. All were working previously. I'm guessing a fuse problem.

Anyone have any clues?

Nice Rig

I think I emailed about that rig. Did you get it from a dealer? I would check my fuses first thing mine are in the compartment behind the driver door, the owners manual has a lot of wiring diagrams.

Thanks. Private party - North GA. I looked at the fuses under the dash however did not see any that labeled "fans" or "camera"? Did not want to pull out each fuse separately. Will need another plan!

There is fuse bank on the outside of the MH it is located in one of the compartments on the drivers side. I do not have a slide but I would imagine on yours it is located under the slide. My radio had gone out and that is where i located the blown fuse.

Does the cover to the fantastic fan open but the fan does not spin. If so it may be that the pin that should pop up when open is stuck and or corroded. When my fan fails to spin I take the screen off and use my finger to loosen the pin (pin might be the wrong terminology).

Thanks. Working now. I think the rain sensor may have been OFF, not sure however fan seems to be working fine now.

Thanks. I will be looking at that outside fuse bank. I believe the below diagram is probably the schematics.

First I am glad it is working also after re reading your post it sounded as if the cover open partially and closed or did not open at all. If that was the case you should be able to turn the fan on manually by pulling down on the knob and turning by hand to raise the cover.

I think he is referring to the fans to the left and right up front by the front cabinets. Not the Fantastic Fans but I could be wrong.

Problem resolved. Bad Fuse (F2 top right) on outside fuse compartment.

F2 (5 Amp) labeled "CHAS BD LED" also controls Def Fans as well as Backup Camera.
