I have a 30 ft LY MH and a 17ft boat that I want to use for fishing/sightseeing. I am an excellent backer upper so I don't have a problem there. But what to do with the MH when I want to use the boat. If the campground has dockage then I'm ok but then need to get down to the dock area from where our campsite is. This could be a problem. If there is no docking facility then must leave the Mh at the parking area by the ramp. Wife says "no way charlie. I want to be plugged into services at campsite." I see others out towing a boat with a MH, so I guess I'm not alone. Anyone out there have this problem?? How have you handled the situation??
I offered somebody that looked like they knew what they were doing 5 bucks to put the boat in the water for me, and 5 to pull it out and back to the camp site. Inflation hits everything, so it may be $10 or even $20 now.

People I know who love their boats too, look for campgrounds where they can get waterfront campsites and then beach the boat close to the RV, or use a anchor, rope and a tree to bring the boat close to shore for loading.
