If its a Cutter on Oshkosh, it should have a Cummins C series rated from 250 to 300 HP.
If it is not a "flat front" model, then it may be a B series on Oshkosh or other chassis.

Our 1994 Land Yacht has the Cummins 5.9 diesel with a Turbo and 230 HP behind the Allison 6 speed automatic transmission. We tow either a car or a car on a trailer and we can get to merge speed on almost any Interstate entrance ramp.
Prior coach was gas with a 455 V8. No comparison the Cummins is tops!

Airstream offered the 230HP Cummins as standard engine in the Wide Body Land Yachts in 1995 but later an optional XC-275HP was offered. Not sure when this first became available, but it was an option on my 1997 Land Yacht WB. Was recently informed that Cummins now has a chip that will increase this to over 300HP.
