Figured you were up to something, pretty quiet on the forum. Nice work! No "suicide" door, either. I've got one of our black water vent gaskets installed (more on that later) so I'm thinking we'll go up to Oak Bay for the summer tomorrow. Where are you guys off to? I just thought of something: NO SCOOPS????

I've just been trying to catch up on a bunch of little things like rebuilding the front passenger window frame, lowered the drivers seat another 3/4" and reorganizing the storage in the new table/cabinet. Also had to order in the piano aluminum hinge, could only find steel or brass out here.

We are going to Bayshore park in Tokeland for a few days. We have a small local group here and Bayshore has some camp sites right on the beach. There is a great historic hotel across the street that is about 100 years old and they serve the best dinners. You are welcome to join us if you like.

Cheers, Dan

Thanks for the offer, Dan, I think we'll just cruise up north. Would like to pick your brain about the windows sometime, though.

No problem Mike, just go easy on the brain, I don't think there is much left there to pick.

I'm happy so far with the window fix. The center bar broke loose at the top and the front glass was trying to escape. My windshield guy came over and we spent about 3 hours nursing it back in without taking the whole frame out. I'm not declaring victory until I put some miles on and it stays put.

Cheers, Dan
