Actually it should be approximately 30 amps on "two" legs. In other words your generator has two circuits each with it's own circuit breaker. One circuit feeds the house 110 ac system just like shore power. The other circuit feeds the rear ac. At least this is the way my old 310 used to work. I believe the earlier coaches may not have had the transfer switch for the generator to control the rear ac.

Yes although if you have the rear ac transfer switch no modifications are needed.

Somewhere on Airforums I have wiring diagram sketches of the AC wiring on Airforums of my old 310. They would answer most of your questions.
