You did a nice job on it. Make some more and I'll buy one from you

Yes the mirror vibration is an issue but; the real problem with this mirror is that the passenger window post blocks the mirror from view of the driver. (a lot of the view is obstructed) I love the mirror on the drivers side. I tried to fix this with different mounting brackets but for now, settled on the camera. (for now =)

I solved the mirror problem by adding supports for the mirror bases. On the passenger side I went so far as to move the mirror back about 7". I also reinforced the mirror mounts on the inside with aluminum blocks. You can see how I did it in this thread I started about fixing the vibration problem.

For what it's worth, I haven't had great experience with a screen door gizzy made of metal. Bella's screen door has two gizzies, one to access the original door lock location and is the original plastic. However a second sliding panel was added to allow access to the deadlock, and is a aluminum. Well the original plastic (which has a fussy edge) works great, versus the metal one which rattles continually! Drives me crash after driving for a while!

My old 310 had a cheap plastic one that wasn't very good. I figured aluminum would be a better choice.
Maybe you need to work on the sliding track for the aluminum cover!

Doesn't rattle in the track Brad, it rattles against the in-fill panel.

Longmire Season 5 (spoiler stop reading if you are watching)
28' rear double bunk 77' Argosy Motorhome =) Just finished season 5 of Longmire. Vic bought a 1977 Argosy. Not sure if anyone had posted but I really enjoyed seeing another Argosy. My uncle finished the season and I made him wait to tell me as I thought it was a Plot Spoiler. It's not, but I thought I'd throw this out to the community as you might enjoy =) Cheers
