The TTQ is in Tucson as we speak, hopefully he will be headed towards Q-Town in a few days. Keep looking, those 345's are not easy to hide.

I will be headed to Tucson tomorrow as well, it's a work thing for me.

A comparison (belated due to my being slow on the uptake) of temperatures.

Your high of 83F to our 10C (brrrrrrrr)
Your low of 50's F to our meager 4C (BRRRRRR)
Your picture of sunshine to our, well, suffice it to say that we did see the sun for the last couple of days but that has been a too short respite and with the cool breeze it feels quite cold. Of course the school kids go past in T-shirts while I'm in a heavy jacket. Yep, I need to convince the love of my life (wife, not car and Airstream) to take me and the other loves of my life (car and Airstream) south for the winter.

Geez, Richard, we are expecting rain later tomorrow and then it will warm up here all the way to almost 13C. It always gets warmer when it rains because of the cloud cover - another concept you guys probably don't have to deal with. By the way, not only does the "C" stand for celsius but also for cold at this time of year. Heck, we don't even get to 89F in the summer for all but a couple of days. Now I suppose you are going to suggest that you folks don't even have rubber boots as part of your normal attire? I feel badly for you guys. You have not lived until you have spent weeks and weeks with rain and then one day the sun comes out. The only thing missing is someone calling out for Noah to come see what land looks like.

Barry,
I had a previous life with all the fun things you have. That's why I live in Arizona.

Richard,
I can understand the move and would love to do so as well. Maybe, in the future, winters in the land of no winters will be in our cards but not quite yet. 12 months of the year camping availability fits very high on my "want to do" list.

Looks like a few more Californians may be heading to Q town after Thanksgiving.
Keep your eye out for some more silver arriving on Friday...

Mike, yes we were. Got into Gallup on Saturday PM and were out Sunday AM. Returning from a 2 week photo expedition. We were parked down on the West end of the CG.

Did not see the Geo on the tail of the MOHO, or a herd of fink plamingos, so it might have been y'all doing for fuel or a dump.

There is always hope for the working stiffs! One never knows who is going to show up.

Mr Milo,
Goin,
These alias-type things always confuse me...
The site has yet to be determined, the arrangement depends on the site, and we're still in Tucson, yet to determine the site...exciting, ain't it...? Believe me, I would rather be in Q, but that isn't possible until the 22nd, if then. I promise you that the desert will hold the whole group, where ever it is, and that the desert golf will be outrageous...horseshoes will be at your own risk, and the rattlesnake rodeo may be canceled.

Mr Howard,
We didn't disconnect the Geo, as it was a one-night-stand...I may have left the stealth system on, as I was more focused on the supper menu than shutting down systems...we were plugged in to a land line, after all...did you notice the dimming of power when the Naval jet flew over...?

Mr. Mike
Scrappy
TTQ
Fun Buns (Richard calls you that)

This name thing is O.K. Just pick the one you want to use.

If you're on scene by the 22nd or 23rd that gives plenty of time to give out directions and AZflycaster, Richard, Snookums (thats what Timemachine calls him.) to post ariel photoss with circles and arrows.

A week from this moment our trailer will be loaded and parked out front in anticipation of a 6:30am departure. Hmmm better make that 7:00am.

Does anyone know if target shooting is allowed in the area?
