Hey, the Stones played in Regina, Saskatchewan of all places so why not Billings? They are as old as many of us on the forums. I suspect they'd want a lot more gold than all this silver would be willing to pay - too bad one or more of them are not into Silver bullets.

It sounds like those who attended had a tremendous time. Glad it was well worth the trip.

There are some good tunes before 1960 that I enjoy. some early rock tunes are cool.. Drifters, Platters, Little Anthony etc. I heard the last Drifter died yesterday at 81 yrs old. Sad day Down on the BOARDWALK,,,,Was his name Bill Pinckney???

Great group. When I was a member of the "Vogues" we worked with the Drifters many times. Like so many 50-60's vocal groups, there were a few versions floating around, each with one or two original members.

In fact I am listening to XM Radio right now, the Classic R & B station...
