Is there a group called "silver sisters" on here that we can join? I can only tell that there are a few threads but none that seem to be an exclusive group for the ss?
I'll attach some photos. Would love to chat with any likeminded women who own and pull their own trailers. I'm especially interested in knowing if there are any other single moms out there interested in art, music and travel. I love hiking and photography and anything creative. I LOVE to camp by the water and want to know ANY place (especially in the Midwest) where I could boondock or hook up next to water.
I'll post some photos of my girls and I and a few trips.

I noticed you have the same cabinets I have. Are they driving you crazy yet?
Great pics!
All of the Forum Rallies (listed here) are open to everyone...there is nothing to join.
Just pick one close to you and show up. They all have "threads" like this one
where people discuss details about the upcoming rally. You can read along and
decide which ones are of interest to you or are close enough to drive to.
The WBCCI Rallies are for people who have joined that particular club.
There are units all over the country.
This particular rally is in the central coast area of California. You would be more than
welcome to show up but it is a bit of a drive.
There is also a Silver Sister Online Thread where women can chat about whatever on line. Many are from the midwest.
There is tons of great info and lots of nice people here. Browse around a bit and see what interests you.
i concur, it isn't hard to hitch up, tow and set up on your own. I practiced in my driveway a couple times when I brought my new airstream home as a rookie. I did dent my beautiful Bambi a few times before I remembered to back the trailer around the curves of my driveway AND remember to watch the deck above.....argh.
I didn't know better than to just do it myself and haven't done it any other way.....PLUS I started out doing it with a baby on board. :-) (now I have two)
I am woman, hear me roar!
We take a lot of self portraits and use the timer. These are some pictures from our trek to Florida last February.
Kudos to you for not only towing your Airstream solo, but camping with your two adorable girls! It isn't always easy being on the road with little ones. But wow, what a great role model you are for them. And what wonderful experiences your kids are having on your adventures. That's big stuff! When they are older they will tell you how much they appreciated all of your efforts, so keep on 'streamin' and we hope to meet you at the rally in March!

New Silver Sista at the Wheel
Hi everyone!
This is Candice from Sacramento here. I was kicking off the new year by planning my family's travels and came across your rally! It sounds fun and I would love to join you. I may be traveling solo or possibly with my daughter (nearly 5) and a co-pilot or two. (I know her daddy will vote for me taking her, I'm hoping for a weekend off of Mommy duty!)
Sista's! I've been holding off on committing to the rally...first; I still haven't learned how to tow with any confidence and second; the timing is not too good for me.
I will miss our late night fireside chats, walks on the beach and... does this sound like a singles dating advertisement? Well, anyway, you guys are the best and will have some newcomers to share in the frivolity!
Here a few Photos from last year's Western Silver Sister's Rally in Pismo, CA
Karin, so sad you will not be able to make it to the rally . Not sure if it will be the same without our ordained silver sista and her sparkly shoes. But, you know will be with us in spirit. And, you can bet that we'll knock (at least) one back in your honor. Thanks for the pictures...such great memories from last year!

Welcome aboard, Candice! Super happy that you would like to attend the rally this year. You won't be disappointed - great group of ladies here. Not sure which path you will travel to Paso Robles, but you might be able to work meet up and caravan with some of the ladies from the northern parts.

The Tiki Trailer's first Rally
Thanks for the welcome!
I would love to meet up and caravan, but probably won't be able to head south before Friday a.m. (A possible adult co-pilot would be coming down from Portland so it may also depend on her.)
