Our first ever rally, we will be dry-docking.

My wife called today and are number one on the cancellation list for a regular space, but Madge doesn't need shore power for anything so a dry dock spot may be fine, which we have. Are the fees or costs for participating in food?
Any tips or secrets y'all are willing to share or should we come prepared like any outing in the Airstream?

There are no fees associated with food. Roseann and I furnish the protein(meat, whatever) for Friday night. Side dishes and desert are appreciated. Sat night is totally pot luck. Contribute whatever you like. This is a very informal, laid back affair.

We look forward to having you.

Who is this "bwoodtx" guy, and why does he keep posting here? I think he may be a troll from some social security website or something. . . .

Cancellation

Folks, unfortunately Connie and I have to cancel due to my work rearing its ugly head again!! I am about to call the park and cancel. I will tell them I want it held for a rally goer. So if you call them, tell them you want Johnny Hill's spot. I know you will have a great time, and we will see you down the road

Another last minute cancel/slot open

We had a grandbaby make a two week early arrival so will be staying in town this weekend helping out.

Calling RR between 1000-1100 am today to cancel.

Will ask them to hold for rally participant, reservation being released was under "Groves".

Have fun, looks to be a pleasant weekend and we will look forward to seeing posts from the weekend and will try again next year.

Many thanks to Bruce and Roseann for hosting a wonderful rally in Johnson City. For the second year in a row, the weather held. Great food, great times, mad it was good to see familiar faces and meet some new ones.

See you guys on down the road.

A big thanks to Bruce and Roseann for the great rally. We had fun meeting the newcomers and seeing all of our friends. Next year, though, we might want to bring more food, so everyone doesn't leave hungry. We'll see you down the road!

Thanks to the hosts for a wonderful rally. It was great to meet everyone and show off our OLD trailer (our 55 Flying Cloud was the oldest trailer there).

Bruce and I had a blast with everyone. Hoping to see you next year.

NOTE: Next year's rally will be the weekend BEFORE Easter, April 7 - 9, so mark your calendars accordingly. Bruce and I will hopefully be going up on the 5th. Have plans in the works already for a possible tour of a local attraction! Have a great year and hope to see some of you down the road in the next year.
