Airstream tours at any rally are a great way to spread the excitement.
During a recent buddy rally we ALMOST converted two of our family friends. They were looking to purchase a MOHO from another member who was selling and just couldn't make it past the bank. Regardless...it was a great time by all and my friends still talk about "those cool Airstream friends."

Hooray Beer!

Forums rally? Why should we descriminate? WBCCI Rally? usually a problem. Let her come and see how much fun we have. Look at it as a future sale of an Airstream. ;-)

It's not a problem, really. Even though I know you poor people can't afford paint for your trailers, the rest of us won't descriminate against that "galvanized sheetmetal shed" look.

Not a problem, but she'll need a Peep and to know the secret handshake. Hopefully, we'll meet her at Casini.

The way I look at it, if Bill Gates pulls up next to me, he'll beat anything I'll ever own. There's not much reason for me to feel exclusive. I'd much rather that the young couple in the tent remembered the folks in the silver trailer that invited them over for dinner when it was raining so hard.
Thanks,

Pot luck at one, movie night at another, etc. The movie idea is great, there's nothing like the flat white side of an SOB to show a movie on.
Great idea, reduced distortion and good reflectivity. SOB's are useful!

Bam, if she's a friend of yours and likes to camp, she has all the credentials she needs for the Casini rally. Just bring plenty of tin foil!
It's the spirit that counts, not the vessel.

Unfortunately she (the proud SOB owner) has to work (horrors!) that weekend so won't be joining us at Casini. But I'm sure she'll be joing us sometime soon since you are all so welcoming.

My 2 cents worth,

We have friends and family that own SOB's and we all camp out together and have a lot of fun.

I would welcome anyone who came to a rally with open arms. After all, isn't the idea to share information and have fun. We can all learn from each other, and who knows, they may convert to A/S owners.

Marie

I feel her pain. I have to work that Sat. too. Goicamping is very unhappy!

We will be camping with SOB's twice in May. What matters is that they are nice fun folks to camp with.

We'll be boondocking in the Calico Mountains. Two wheel drive road. If ya wanna go let me know.

Darn, it won't be the same without you at Casini. Try not to let that happen again.
