We 3 are enjoying the green color of grass instead of black side, also Penny had hip replacement in Feb. Bill

We hope you’ve gotten some good news since this post and that we will get to meet Penny in October.

Allan now in rehab, can dress self get out of bed also. Penny doesn't say much
but he is in good spirits, so far all is good. Still iffy as to Penny coming as Allan will require some help when comes home. [A plus he lives at home].

Bob and I will be unable to attend the fall rally this year. Site 40 should be open by tomorrow. Look forward to seeing you all in June.

Now that we are 2 weeks and 3 days from the fall rally, I thought I should get back on the forum. We will arrive on Friday. I’ll bring pizza burgers, burgers and hotdogs, for Friday dinner. Let’s have a potluck Saturday. I’ll shoot for dinner at 5:30 each day, since it gets dark earlier now. I look forward to seeing everyone and hearing about your summer camping adventures.

Some have asked about Allan. Update he has recovered very well, driving going places on own no help, goes to clinic 2 times a week for blood test & 2 times for rehab. Loss lot of weight, [GOOD]. Prob. won't work again this year for insurance reasons. He is in very good spirits, taking a lot of stress off Penny.

I just saw weather for week-end; storms from Fri-Sun. We'll prob need 3-4 easy ups and couple of tarps.
Need fire wood for dry times.
Il parks are "dry" but ma need warming liquid.

When does everyone arrive/leave?

Site 7 Thursday-Sunday.

We'll roll in Friday early afternoon and leave early Sunday AM. We'll bring one 10x10 EZUp and assorted tarps and bungees
