.....since we were away in Key West (Key Weird)! Just got home about an hour ago and am trying to catch up. Believe me, you haven't celebrated New Year's until you do it in Key West. We stayed in the Navy's overflow campground, one mile from Mallory Sq., for five nights and even met another Airforum member "n2916s" (really nice folks).
Unfortunately, one of our good friends (and forum member "golferBob"), who accompanied us, had to return home early due to his wife falling and almost destroying her wrist. Her surgery is Thursday, but since they live in Destin he is going to try and still make it to Canopener.......if he does....he made need some liquid comfort.
Greg.....I think you are a beer kinda guy, but tell Pat that we have 1 1/2 bottles of Malibu and three large cans of Pineapple juice left over from our trip South......it needs to be consumed before it goes bad.
Three days to clean all this gear up, read the mail, visit the ATM, and we're ready to party some more at Topsail. See ya soon!
Ron & Jennifer
Chief, I really hate to be put in a category that might cost me later. I do like beer, especially foreign and dark. However, I also like Jack Daniels Single Barrel when it is cool out, martini's anytime if they are fixed right, gin and tonic in the summer and other libations as available. Even been known to drink a little of the red . Fortunately, in my advanced age, I am able to control myself and not have to regret alcohol consumption the next day .
Leaving Wednesday morning, can't wait, its cold and raining here.
Thanks Roadtoaster for the information. Looking forward to being there.
Yes, Davis, we are TOG members. You know us. We came through and ate at your restaurant last year. The Purmorts are coming too. We'll get there Friday. See you there. Kenn and Cathy

There are three bottles of Single Barrel in our bar......one will find it's way to Topsail, as I believe it's going to be a bit cool this weekend!
Count us in for Red Bar on Friday nite.....who's the designated driver.....think could we possibly enlist that forum member with the big 34 footer and white TV........Jennifer can't (won't) drive our truck!
We had to cancel. My wife had foot surgery and rehabilitation is taking longer than expected. Maybe next year. I need to know who to contact about the T-shirts I requested. I will pay for those or they can be sold to someone else. Someone can PM me about this.
We cannot make it this year because of conflicting family obligations. I'll be cancelling the reservations, so site #118 should be open soon. Sorry we can't make it, we had a great time last year, maybe next year will work out. You guys & gals have fun.

Got in yesterday yipeeee. Saw Sugarfoot pull in late yesterday, what a
beautiful trailer she has. Weather seems excellent to me, but what do I
know, I'm from Ohio.
I may go to the library one more time for internet access and update the map.
