Shari, you were to be our neighbors, (118). I can see from your pics and posts that you are GOOD neighbors. I'm sure that Phil and Laura are having a great time, keeping our site "warm." Did they bring their Vespas? I fought hard last year not to steal one for a joy ride! Enjoy a stroll to the beach for us...~G

Happy Hour just finishing up....

Next is the Potluck.....

As you can see from the pics, Happy Hour overflowed into the street... And there is smoke over the Pampas Grass from the campfires....

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.. This is really Good.........

Fabulous! I even see faces that I know. Makes me feel "as full as a tick" just looking at all that food, but it's much less fattening being stuck in Tennessee.

Ahhh...just like I remember...lamplight and palms overhead, elbow to elbow food lines...but...you're all coated up!!! I'm surprised the heat of all those lights and calories and new friendships doesn't raise the ambient temperature to shirt-sleeve warm. I mean, you are in Florida, right? ~G Dacia, why can't we leave these good people to their Opener without our commentary? I'm laughing out loud at our "attendance!"

Yeah Georgia, I guess we can't help ourselves especially since we attended the very first Can Opener.

You and I were so looking forward to this event and having to cancel at the last minute didn't dampen our enthusiasm. I guess we're like kids outside the bakeshop window licking our lips while our mouths water.

yup, the bands going full blast, folks are dancing and the SOB's parked next to the club house are sitting outside with their lips poking out. We are inside with out bellys poking out from all of the great food and libations.

Hey don`t forget about us. We had to miss this one as well . But plan to be there in 09 with a little streamer following.

Right now Kelly is doing good but time is nearing quickly for our little girl to arrive. We sure hated to miss this rally.Glad to see everyone is having a good time.

WOW, okay, im going next year, Im sure of it. The Palm Trees in that picture are the same ones I have, I have both Sizes. The short one and tall one, just wait until next year, Having young Blood will be good for everyone LOL

I can not go to sleep right now.I am still awake and trying to wind down a bit so I thought I would post a couple pics.
Also...I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who helped out and all the women who watched her and who danced with Breanna.I'm telling you the truth,She dont dance with her daddy.She only dances with the girls.LOL
Well I think this one turned out really well.We had a blast and it was great seeing and meeting everyone.I plan to do this again next year so be ready.I will start a post again around August to the 1st of September for 2009.Well here are some pic to enjoy.Thanks everyone.
