You're Givers

I'm humbled by your multiple goodnesses. How 'bout I start off with a couple of hubcaps for each of you, and we'll see how that goes?

As long as they are attached to a car
I will be deeply honored to help you.

Beaming with goodness,

Ron,

Forget that Zen stuff!

Did you notice the ladies here trying to take away your precious cars?

Don't give em anything until they pry your cold dead fingers from the steering wheel...

And when they do can I have the Nomad?

That's a pretty thinly veiled attempt to beat me out of my best ride, Mr. And you know that quoting NRA-speak just doesn't work on me. But, you get points for persistence. I'll add your name to the list.
As for George Str8. I saw him there too. He was hanging around the Women's loo. Go figure. Heck of an oasis though. Ron

Not so Amigo. I was perfectly willing to wait the 3 or 4 decades until you were driven that 'last mile.'

Glad to see you had no head on collisions with Thelma on CA 101.

Thelma have you returned from wine country?

Or do I need to head out to the wineries to
do some tasting with you
*er*
find you and send you home?

I am happy to report that I am home and off the road
so 101 is safe again.

only the grapes know for sure

Chances are that Thelma and her project are caught up in grape vines somewhere near Paso Robles........

101 is only partially safe since the other one is till out there.....

Not Just For Camping Anymore

Feeling the itch to spend some time in the aluminum, John (TIMEMACHINE) and I took the Mothership tailgating yesterday. With us, we had about 22 of the 115,300 folks who attended the Dodgers vs Red Sox baseball game at the Coliseum. That's a world record for attendance at a baseball game for those of you who keep track of such things. Ron

Hi Milo,
That was probably me. I left the coach at a friend's house after the game last night. I was taking it to the storage yard about that time. Ron

I was heading back to the trailer in San Diego when I spotted a very distinct shape in oncoming traffic. Always thrilled to see an Airstream on the road.
