Well I will throw this out to see what happens. Last year there was a small get-together in Pecatonica river forest preserve camp ground. It was a wonderful time in an off the beaten path place. I have had some interest so I have stared this thread to see what happens.

Strictly informal, smores and hotdogs kind of thing. Maybe dinner together on Saturday night.

My dart board has two dates on it so here they are.....

September 22nd, 23rd and 24th
October 13th, 14th and 15th

Input please.........

We would be in for the September dates. In October I will be camp hosting for the month at a state park in Wisconsin.

Hi ya, Tedd and Family...

I'll be honest here to say that I was SO DISAPPOINTED with the tiny turn-out we had last year...... I'm going to leave this one up to you .. I have a LOT of family stuff going on right now.... and watch what develops. I couldn't understand why more people didn't get involved... since the weather was great, the campground was great and it was a LOT of fun!

If everything works out in all my present projects, we will most likely want to attend.

Let's put it on the calendar. A rally does not have to have hundreds of trailers, a few people gathering as friends, eating and chatting is good enough for me.

From the current trend, it is looking like September is the clear leader.

this looks like a neat time for camping...
either time........

i'd like to come and will keep it on my maybe list.....

it seems however there is a glitch in the 'see who's coming' button.....
after clicking on it.....i'm listed as an attendee.....until purposely clicking
on the remove button.....

same thing happened on metro detroit yesterday...

someone on the software side might want to look into this.....

but again looks like a fine time for a rally!

We plan to be there. Is there electric at the sites? Do we need to make reservations? If so, how?

Glad to hear you are coming.
Yes there is electricity.
No you do not need (can not make) reservations. It is an out of the way place so there should be plenty of room.

We are planning on coming. We attended the Moraine View forum rally and really enjoyed it. Looking forward to another forum rally.

I see this too. I might be able to make this, but I was busting my head trying to figure out when I signed up for this. Thanks 2air for the post.

It is on our calendar in pencil. This is just a few days before I leave for another month's duty as a camp host but I do think we can work it out. If I am not camping then I just sit home..

The problem was the link that till provided was the link for the "I will attend function" rather than the view funtion. Andy-R edited the original post to reflect the view rather than I am attending function.
