Going to have to cancel today. 😢 Haven't been keeping up with posts so I just picked the first one I saw was waiting to offer our spot. Then saw a list. I don't know if there's a protocol to this or not, so I apologize if I've messed up. 😳

We are sorry we will have to cancel. My mother has just relocated and we are uncomfortable leaving her at this time. We were looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting new. I haven't canceled our site through the campground yet, I'll wait for John to fill our spot from the waiting list.

Too bad, we had fresh Armadillo to add to the possum bog. We hope to catch up with some of you soon.

Hey, guys....I'm just going to speak up here.

Time is getting short, those who are on the waiting list should be monitoring this thread, and John....hosting what has become one of the biggest Forums rally in the country....does not have time to try to track wait-ees down and be the go-between.

It would seem to me that first-come, first-serve would prevail, at this point in time.

If you are waiting, contact the cancelling party to arrange to take their site. The campground has said, and John has posted before, that they prefer we handle these between ourselves.

Between ourselves.....not with John in the middle.....he is very busy 3 days before he is due at Wateree.

He has posted the wait list.

My suggestion....if cancelling parties have not heard from someone wanting their site, be sure to cancel with the campground in enough time that you will be penalized, and to free it up for a non-rally participant.

There.....I've said it.

We'll bring hot dog buns - eighty. Bonnie and Greg are bringing some too so we should be all set in the bun department.

Hi - We are arriving on Wednesday with a non-working Dometic fridge. Error code E0. Trying to get it going. We are at Pointsett State Park and the super ranger made his office freezer available. No response from area rv dealers yet. Anyone coming to the rally who's not electrically challenged??? See you soon. Jay

Did a quick search, Dometic RM3762, RM3962 instructions list code E0 as "No communication between display and power module"

Lets see what level of expertise shows up, might get lucky, might buy ice.

Best I can determine, sites 3, 08, 43, 59, 64 are open. Patricia at the Park was kind enough to call me TWICE today to let me know there are cancellations.

As Maggie noted, I also hope those waiting are monitoring the thread and will pick up the sites. Here at Rally Central, things are pretty stretched out.

The Rally bags are packed...10 lbs of stuff in 5 lb sack

Rita is belted in the front seat....already grinning

Truck nearly loaded....glad it is a 1 ton

Possum is cleaned and ready.....very good this year

I will be very ready to sip single malt, don't care what country made it. It is all good.
