Yep Bud, the inn is full for the Spring gathering. BUT......
we will gather again October 22-25 at the Palmetto Cove Rally Park where there is plenty of room. We will start a thread very soon with details for the Fall event.
Just keep an eye out for the Alumalina thread.

Bummer! Hate to hear that the Fall rally is going to be the same weekend as Falluminum 2015 always is as this new campground location sounds really cool. Is the date already set in stone or is there any flexibility? Just asking as we would like to do both as I'm sure many would.

Bud,
Not sure of your flexibility but there are always last minute cancellations at these events. I was on a waiting list last year....a couple of openings came up within the last week and a half but by then we had to cancel my wife's requested time off. When she is off, they have to bring in a temp to cover for her.

John thanks, and G thank you, we are very flexible as both retired now. My only commitment is to the Pet Rescue we are helping get off the ground, as a volunteer I can be out for a week or so with no real issue as I do the paperwork as well as train and rehabilitate the shy and abused dogs we get in and the owner does the aggressive ones and then uses me as a "test" person to see if his training has worked. So, AS is ready to roll in short notice.

Well heck G, the date for the fall gathering is set, in stone. We considered several weekends, the Oct 22-25 won out. Amazing how much fun stuff is available these days.

Alan posted a message two days ago regarding Falluminum being the Oct. 23-24 weekend and his intent to start a Falluminum 2015 thread soon. Interestingly, he also noted he had not yet coordinated with the campground so I posted the conflict as a reply. He may be reconsidering which weekend to select. Or, maybe not.
Two events only ~60 miles apart would be quite the quandary for some.

It's surely a good thing that Alumilina isn't held in Alabama. What would we eat ??!! Wouldn't have any of that tasty Possom Bog that we have become so fond of..
