Thats much better than the fine print...
just shows to go ya that the talent pool here in this group is, indeed, nothing short of improbable...lol
Thanks Jeff & Vinnie, you win some sort of award, yet to be determined.
AM I the only one getting up at 3:30 in the dark to watch the America's Cup live from Italy?? It's starting to get interesting.

So here's the plan... Cindy and I will be out on Saturday to play with Airstreams and enjoy friends and pot luck. We will probably just cruise by Safeway on our way through Guerneville and pick up some warmed over "Meatloaf" (Yum)...
and if someone needs a widget I might just have it on the truck for you :-)
Cheers Vinnie

It almost seems strange to be making plans for a year from now. It certainly gives us something to look forward too. We have one or two more trips this spring and then we're taking June & July off to do our axles and other repairs.
Its an interesting game, you know, working life around AS trips.

I'm working on our contract for Jackson 14.
My employment environment has me requesting leave one year in advance. Part of the reason these rallies are planned so far ahead so I can attend.

Hear hear. Thanks so much for doing this! Advance scheduling makes so much more possible for us... 4 rallies and and predicted 60 nights in the Airstream this year.

Lost & Found
Did anyone loose/misplace a black (or very dark navy blue) fleece jacket size large at the Casini rally (probably on Sunday night)? We found one in the trailer when getting it ready for our next trip. If you can describe what is embroidered on the upper left of the jacket I will make sure it gets back to you.

Hey Scott, might be mine. Does it have a logo from John Muir/Mt. Diablo health System? Or, I also have a black LL Bean (I think) in the trailer... Our trailer is at a storage site so can't check if it's here, but I might have shed that jacket when we crawling around looking for electrons in your A/S.

So it WAS mine. Wow, that might be the first jacket (out of ~50) I have ever re-located after I left it somewhere. I'll email you Scott, and thanks.

Great to hear that we will get you guys up here, even if for only one evening. Maybe you can slow down in Guerneville & hitch up the taco truck & drag it up to dinner.
Andrea & I are in 123 again, between Suzeee and our "new" neighbors, John & Cara. We may try and bring a different cat with us next year, will start working on her for Jackson, or maybe actually get out before then...we hope.

Yup...I think we need more rallies...it might put less pressure on each one! The price per night at Casini may start lessening the pressure on that one.
Keep checking this thread as it gets closer....there are always people that have to cancel at the last minute (as you well know!).
Cam, you attended the first Casini Rally (2005 or 2006?)....how many Airstreams were there?
Cheers, Dee

Hi all,
I just got a $5.00 gift cert. in the mail from Casini Ranch. There was no note attached. Did anyone else get one?

John and I were thinking about starting a rally in Three Rivers, Ca. at a place called Sequoia RV Ranch. Maybe during the first or second week of May 2014. There are about 50 full hook up site and quite a few partial sites. They have tons of dry camping and a 'honey wagon'. If that weekend is warm, there is a swimming hole. It's quiet, clean and right on the Kaweah River. During May, the sycamore trees are beautiful and the air is full of swallowtail butterflies. November is nice too.

WOuld anyone be interested? I'm open to feedback.
We are going there in two weeks so I could talk to them about it too.

You might see if you can get a group discount of some kind for 10 of more trailers....but, that is if you can find enough interest! We might be interested....maybe a NorCal caravan down the valley?
