I will be posting photos soon of my concern. My now ex husband ended up removing my oven in my 1974 Sovereign and I want to replace it to it's original position in the kitchen that faces the twin bed area. I have noticed that there is old copper tubing and he taped the 'kinks' with electrical tape. He also had placed our Magic Chef oven under my stove top and had shortened the copper tubing. My suburban heater 'died' and almost blew up on me one night, so it is gone. I can not afford another heater, and my ex had placed my oven under the stove top area where the original heater was placed. It was quite obvious that my ex was destroying my AS. I was travel nursing at the time and every time I came 'home', my AS had something else missing or totally messed up---years later I finally have my baby home and am trying my best to give her a 'face lift'. My ex even removed the extended table in the gaucho area and threw it away. I need for you guys to help me in my quest to make my dream AS.....My ex also removed the clean potable water tank and pump and thew it away.
Here is what I would like to do:
1) remove the old antenna and repair or patch the area that leaks from the 'crank' handle of the antenna
2) Replace my Magic Chef oven to it's original site, but I need to know how to re-do the copper tubing/ gas line as my ex also removed the regulators.
3) I would like to find a suburban heater, a water heater, and a potable water tank with a pump that will not throw me into bankruptcy....!!!!
Unfortunately my new husband---aquired many years following my ex that ruined my AS does not seem as enthusiastic as I about my baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My goal is to make him an AS enthusiast!!!!!!!!!!!!
4) I have a dent in my rear exterior end cap...Has anyone attempted to straighten out their end caps themselves, and if so, how??
