WBCCI Red number 5501
Hi there, I'm looking for the info on red #5501 prior to 1992. This 22-8548 California trailer was my sister's. I know the # is not in her name. Hopefully the info can tell me what this 22Ft trailer is. Thank you for your time and effort!

The number was issued to the person, not the trailer. So it won't tell you anything about the trailer. Your serial number 8548 tells more about the trailer as shown here.

FYI... in 1971 WBCCI #5501 was issued to Cecil and Mary France in Pompano Beach, Fl.
in 1982 it was issued to C.J. and Ann Dykstra in Victora, Tx.
Guess that little trailer really got around...

Again the numbers do not go to the trailer but to the owners. Each of these people could have owned a totally different Airstream,.

yes, the number goes with people not the trailer. I was hoping someone would recognize the number, oh my grand... or great.. had that number. 1967 listing is probably the one that may had this trailer.The link: 1958 Custom 22' - Vintage Airstream is closest looking to my girl.
