T1N rear sleeper seen for sale

I just saw this listed at what seems a very good price for a quite rare model.

I know I really like the rear sleeper setup for the T1N, and it looks in great shape from what little I can see. Interesting to see the differences from my 2006.

(no connection at all to the seller, I just saw it for anyone interested)

That's a Parkway. Price seems fair. Pretty stingy on the photo upload, though.

I've seen far fewer T1Ns in the listings this season vs. the previous two high seasons. I don't know why.

Re: Parkway.

Ahh, that makes sense then. I noticed different things than mine (running boards right off the top) and I was thinking the Parkway had lower quality trim also?
Still seemed a very good price (assuming nice condition).

I talked to the guy and seems he has it sold, to a 92 year old guy not too far from me. (Plus the person selling is a very old friend of a person I've known for years).

I've never really looked at the Parkway specs very much- and those pictures were pretty lean. I asked him for more, but since it is likely sold he will only send if it falls through.
