You couldn't even tell there was a trailer in tow while you were driving. We just traded the EB in on a 2019 30' Classic RB. I can tell there is a trailer in tow now but the Eco-Boost accelerates to highway speeds with no issues, climbs hills like crazy, and seems perfectly happy with a 7800# trailer in tow.
Pulling an Airtsream is never a problem. You could exchange your F-150 Ecoboos to a Fiat 500 and will tow it like breeze. Than you would truly have a setup to brag about.
Like many others I started with and F-150 Ecoboost HD tow etc. etc. It was OK until we upgraded to a 30' Classic. Don't knock people having made the move to the F-250 Diesel . You try it you will never go back.
DW, me two dogs and the tongue weight of the Classic burn up over 1,400 lbs of the payload. Now I can load all the junk in the truck and never be concerned .

I would like to see that or at least a guy pulling an Airstream with his teeth.

It would make my day!

I do understand the difference in these vehicles. I own two F350 dualies. We own a horse farm and pull a number of different trailers including a four horse (add 1200#s a horse) living quarters trailer (with a 12' slide), weighing in at 16,000#s empty. The 2017 F-350, with its 6.7 diesel, 4.10 rear and 14,000# GVRW package pulls that with ease. The old 2007 with its 6.0 works pretty hard with that trailer. It is rated for 23,000#.

In 2012, the F-150 rode dramatically different than an F-250/350 single axle. I would be the first to say that the new big trucks really ride nice. As my F-150 doubles as a daily driver, the ride when empty was important.

You do know your trucks. My wife loves horses and would love to pull her horse trailer with one of your trucks rather than our old Tundra. It does the job however and she loves it. She is only pulling one horse at a time in a two horse trailer and not really that far at any given time. Really only a few times a year.

I use my F250 as a daily and love the ride. I have no real requirements for any kind of tight parking. That would change things.

Fox shocks

I have fox shocks on my F350. Huge increase in ride quality. I tow trailers regularly that are heavier than my 30’ airstream. I run an equalizer brand hitch with the airstream. No need for airbags my friend, you have plenty of truck, and that makes all the difference.👍
