Light Switch

I have flourescent lights just above the drapes in the front cabin. I can't turn them on. I believe there is a small round switch underneath the lights in the upper corner but It won't turn on.

I this the correct switch? How do you access the switch if it isn't working?

It may not be the switch that is your problem. You need to get out the ol' multimeter and check for voltage to on both sides of the switch.
If switch is good, I would try new bulb then, I would move to the "starter" that is inside the light fixture.

You can buy a simple rotary switch from Home Depot
