There are more of us out here using the Ram Ecodiesel. I have one and tow my 25' Safari with it. It is a crew cab, Lone Star, short bed, 4x4. I now have about 3500 miles on it, including a trip to Phoenix with the trailer. The average mileage was 16.5 mpg. We had a head wind all the way back so I was pleased with the mileage. I have made two trips to DFW without the AS and averaged 26 mpg on those trips. I must say those figures come from the truck computer and I think when I calculate from my records it may be a little less. So far I like it very well and am looking forward to more trips. Like to Big Bend next week.

I did the math on my mileage because I didn't trust the computer at first. The computer was the same, so I was happy. My truck is exactly the same as yours, but it's not a 4x4. I love the integrated trailer brake . I'm getting ready for another New Mexico to WA state and back trip. That will put some miles on it. Mine has 17k already, and I walk to work!!!
