Dodge Ram 1500 Ecodiesel

Just completed my first trip towing our '60 Safari with my new Dodge RAM 1500 with the Ecodiesel. Compared to my previous tow vehicle ('96 Toyota Tacoma w/ 2.7L Inline 4, w/ 5 speed manual transmission) I hardly noticed it there. Acceleration was amazing and the best part was that I averaged 18.0 mpg over the entire 500 mile round trip.

If anyone is thinking about the Ecodiesel I can highly recommend it at this point (3500 total miles). Good idea to opt for the air suspension also as the new RAMS come equipped with coil springs in the rear.
