NPR Story Corps uses Airstreams

NPR has an oral history project called "Story Corps" that is collecting stories of America from around the country. And what better to use for a portable recording studio but an Airstream.

ok, somehow the picture didn't upload...Maybe that's why nobody looked at this thread. It's very cool that Airstream was chosen for this project. Wonder if they were donated.

Wow that's great! I just love that NPR is using an American icon like Airstream to collect the people's history. This NPR story gathering reminds me of that WPA oral history project... Thanks for sharing!

Hi Susan,,great story for sure,, saw Wild Hogs,,, sorry your trailer was not on screen longer, love NPR ,, another reason to keep on listening,, especially in the Airstream,, donna
