Whos the Go To Guy?

I need some help finding someone in my area of California who I can trust to go through my Airstream and find problems with the Electric and Plumbing. There are a few RV Places here but not sure they would do that good a job.

Any of you members that would make a reccommendation to me, would be greatly appreciated??????????

Some cities in my area. Fresno, Visalia, Tulare, Hanford, Lemoore, and Bakersfield.

Thanks

We are the only Airstream dealer in the US that offers a "safety inspection program."

You receive a written itemized inspection report for 200 items, with labor and material costs.

The purpose is to give you a "complete report," instead of a hit and miss.

You then can decide, depending on your budget, what you want someone to repair, or repair them yourself.

Takes about three days to complete, including the report.

Andy

The Shop at Toscano's in Los Banos (west side of Valley) is a good Airstream shop as well. Ron (Mgr) and staff work on a lot of Airstreams, as they are one of larger volume dealers in West. They can usually arrange for you to sleep in unit overnight, or there are inexpensive motels nearby. They're busy getting ready for regional RV show later this month, so work needs to be scheduled...

It is worth taking to an Airstream-qualified shop, since many of generic RV repair shops are really not very knowledgable or qualified to work on them, especially the vintage models..

Uwe

Drop a pm to the forum member Uwe - he is very knowledgeable about airstreams. He has restored a few and tinkers with them on the side. My dealings with him have proven him to be a straight shooter - I'm sure he could point you in the right direction. He's in Orange California if memory serves me right.

Best Regards,
Henry

C&G Trailer in Bellflower, Airstream Trailer and Motorhome Service Center - Bellflower, CA - Home, work on the vintage as well as new trailers. They are an Airstream Service Center and only work on Airstreams.

They do a complete check out on the Airstream electric, plumbing and propane with a written report.
